Donald Trump has endorsed Eric in the Senate campaign, with three candidates named Eric ...

Republicans have been anxiously following Donald Trump's endorsement of extremists and election deniers throughout the United States. The mid-term elections will determine the future of Congress as well as key governorships and state legislature positions.

On the Republican side, there are two radical changes in Missouri's Senate primary election. The first is former governor Eric Greitens, who many inside the party believe is a dangerous dude who might cost them their seemingly-safe seat.

While Donald Trump has endorsed several such individuals, this is not the case in Missouri. Greitens main opponent is State Attorney General Eric Schmitt, who Trump only mentioned in his letter. According to NBC News, that is causing confusion.

On this one, I trust the Great People of Missouri to make their own decisions, much as they did when they gave me overwhelming victories in the 2016 and 2020 elections, and I am therefore proud to announce that ERIC has my complete and total endorsement!

A third candidate, Eric McElroy, is further spooking Donald Trump's trollish choice. Perhaps Trump did not want to publicly endorse a controversial candidate like Greitens as he prepares to run for the presidency in 2024. He might also be just doing it for publicity.

If Donald Trump clarifies his endorsement, time will tell. One thing is for certain, nothing has changed. As Trump faces increasing legal scrutiny for his attempts to illegally overturn the 2020 election, he continues to gleefully feed his ego with political stunts.
