Anthony Mackie Is Ushering In A New World Order In Captain America 4 ...

CAPTAIN AMERICA: NEW WORLD ORDER If Tony Hawk is allowed to return to the film, he may do so in the future. This is why we have already discussed how Tony Hawk might portray Richard Burton as the titular hero from The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Also, there may be discussions about whether or not Tony Hawk will return to the film.

We are aware that Captain America 4. Marvel has stated that it will be part of the studios Phase 5 when production schedules begin to be worked out.

One thing we do know for sure is that this film will have a major alteration in the shield. Anthony Mackie will take over the lead role, while Chris Evans will not return as Cap, a role he developed over the years.

This is yet another example of Marvel moving to a different iteration of a title character. Lets take a look at what we already know about Captain America's next phase.

Sebastian Stan discussed what to expect from Captain America 4, including comparing it to Rocky from the 1976 film. In some ways, it reminds me a little bit of Rocky.

Without further explanation, anyone can guess what Stan means when he compares Captain America 4 to Rocky. The most obvious connection is that Jim Wilson is, like Sylvester Stallones Rocky Balboa, an underdog. Because of the racism hell be likely to face as the new Cap, Wilson be seen as being from the proverbial wrong side of the tracks as Balboa is. He may also have a harder time dealing with the bad guys Rogers used to defeat.

After a lot of research and basically a limited series going to this point, Anthony Mackie was announced to take over the role of Captain America when Marvel releases a new film about the character. It wasnt exactly a surprise though since the events of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier included discussions about this exact thing. But Marvel made it clear in August that Captain America 4 was in the works and, at the time, Anthony Mackie was on the verge of securing the title.

Anthony Mackie was announced as Falcon and signed a contract to star in the film shortly after. The main one is that he appeared to be on the verge of becoming an Avengers superhero. As such, Sam Wilson received the shield from an aged Chris Evans.

Mackie is a suitable replacement for Chris Evans, who has so perfectly portrayed the character of Steve Rogers/Captain American since the beginning of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It will be strange to see someone else carry the shield, but we already got a bit of that in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier as a result of preparation.

When Captain America 4 comes to film, who is without Bucky Barnes? It's unlikely, since all signs indicate that Sebastian Stan will reprise his role as Barnes/The Winter Soldier in the sequel to The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Wyatt Russell might be able to keep his role as John Walker, who was then named U.S. Agent, as well. It set up nicely future stories that would include Russells Walker. Walker was once a highly decorated soldier and was chosen by the government to take over as Captain America. Both Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes felt that Walker did not fit the bill.

Emily VanCamp might also reprise her role as Sharon Carter, now known as Power Broker, the criminal leader of Madripoor. We can't have a U.S. Agent without Val, so expect Louis-Dreyfus to be involved.

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier explored the notion that Captain America should be more than a man (or woman) or a symbol for America. This was one of the main plots in Anthony Mackies' quest for the shield. But Captain America 4 appears to be incorporating even more versions of Captain America. Each of them would likely be fighting for a different form of justice and freedom.

According to rumors, the new Captain America 4 might be a combination film, introducing others who are playing their own version of Captain America. And, considering what happened in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, this makes sense. It's why we got the poorly-fated Wyatt Russell/John Walker version of Captain America.

If other Marvel plots are any indication, they are willing to infuse other countries' versions of Captain America. We saw David Harbour take on the Russian foil as Red Guardian in Black Widow, and we also know that the John Walker story is still under development. Could this Captain America 4? It is certainly possible.

Captain America 4 will definitely have another familiar face as part of the production. He is named Malcolm Spellman, who was the showrunner for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Dalan Musson, the staff writer for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, has been chosen by Disney and Marvel to direct the film.

Spellman organized a nearly all-black writer's room in an effort to establish an authentic voice in Sam Wilsons journey. The program was praised for allowing the Black experience to take center stage in a way unlike in other Superhero films or television shows.

In a recent interview, Deadline asked Spellman if Captain America 4 would be his next film, or if a second season of The Falcon and the Winter Solider would be first? Is Val (Julia Louis-Dreyfus Valentina Allegra de Fontaine) assembling the Thunderbolts team, and, more importantly, are their two shields, one held by Sam Wilson and the other by Wyatt Russell? His simple answer: I do not know what Kevin [Feige

Spellman's education includes the feature Empire and as a writer and co-executive producer on the hit Fox series Empire. Mussons' resume mainly revolves around The Falcon and the Winter Solider, though he did also write Iron Sky: The Coming Race.

Captain America 4 is in good hands from a script standpoint, though for the larger budget film, there will likely be a different director.

Chris Evans is becoming increasingly unlikely to be seen as a viper near the vibranium shield anytime soon. He is a strong performer in the Marvel Cinematic Universes run in how they melded his genuine heroism with his true heroism.

Giant Freakin Robot had another exclusive where Chris Evans had requested upwards of $100 million to return to the job. It's not exactly unprecedented by Marvel standards, but it's a decent investment by the studio. There are indications that Evans may be stepping into that role sometime in the future.

We got a few surprises this year from Marvel. One of them was with Captain America 4, as it reveals where we left off after The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. It's a good start, since Anthony Mackies Sam Wilson is returning to the Avengers. He refuses and that leaves a hole for Wyatt Russells John Walker.

The deck in Captain America: New World Order may be shuffled once more with the idea that there may be other versions as well. This new film suggests that things will develop in different parts of the world as well.

We know that Wyatt Russells John Walker is still alive and that The Thunderbolts will be formed at some point in Phase 6 of the MCU. Captain America 4 might be the breeding ground for that group due to its overlap with other characters like Zemo and Julia Louis-Dreyfuss Valentina Allegra de Fontaine on a couple of different levels.

If the announced Blade and Fantastic Four films are to be included, Marvels Phase 4 will run until 2023, and possibly longer. On the television side, Disney+ will release She-Hulk and Secret Invasion as their capper of Phase 4, but as with all things Marvel, things may change.
