List Of All Athletes Who Participated In WWE's SummerSlam Tryouts ...

WWE held their SummerSlam tryouts in Nashville last week, and there were a lot of interesting faces. The tryouts were part of WWE's Next In Line program, which tracks young talent so that they may blossom into global wrestling stars.

PW Insider has verified the list of well-known athletes from a variety of sports at the present at the SummerSlam tryouts ahead of the pay-per-view event. NBA sensation Dwight Howard even created a WWE style promo to make an impression.

The University of South Alabama Athletics football player is JaChai Baker.

Amaya Barnes is a track and field athlete for Tiffin University who played basketball for Springfield High School in Ohio.

Nyree Brown is a track and field athlete from Los Angeles.

Skylor Clinton is a San Diego football player.

Josie Cole is a Oregon Beach Volleyball player who hails from California.

Kevin Ventura is a football player for the University of Ann Arbor.

Wallace Cowins, Jr. plays football for the University of North Alabama Lions as a defensive end.

Kennedy Rae Cummins, a Cheer competitor at the University of Minnesota, is a Kennedy Rae Cummins.

Anna Keefer, a University of North Carolina track and field star, is originally from Minnesota.

Connor Klementowicz, a football player at LIU and Hofstra, is a basketball player.

Lamonte McDougle is a defensive lineman for the University of Texas at San Antonio football team, having previously played football for Washington State and West Virginia.

Lea Simone Mitchell is a Michigan State alum who competed for five years on the University's gymnastics team.

Brooke Mogan Houston is a model from the University of Houston.

Talati Polamalu A senior offensive lineman at Georgetown University, he is the nephew of NFL Hall of Famer Troy Polamalu.

Tylynn Register is a track and field athlete from Jacksonville State University.

Trevor Robbins coached the San Jose Spartans for six seasons in California and will also be taking part in the Nashville tryouts. Robbins was chosen to the 2018 and 2020 Mountain West All-Academic teams and is currently an assistant coach for the team.

Gabrielle Dunn Rudolph, a 22-year-old sport Karate champion, is a World Champion.

WrestleMania tryouts this year resulted in the company signing over a dozen athletes. Most of the athletes are either currently in college or have just completed their degree. The signed talent is shipped to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. The same thing will apply to the signings that occurred during last week's tryout sessions.

At the tryouts during the SummerSlam week, Big E, Bianca Belair, and Paul Heyman took the lead on shaping the evaluation process. We'll have to wait and see how this plays out in the future.
