Jonathon Majors made his MCU debut in his own voice, He Who Remains, a variant of Kang the Conqueror. Now, theLovecraft Country star is poised to take his place in the MCU as Kang in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

There are plenty of questions about Kang's potential role inAnt-Man 3, as he was announced in a new poster, and privately shown footage reveals his previous association with Earth's greatest heroes.

The trailer for Ant-Man 3 teases Kang's Avengers history.

The first glimpse of Jonathon Majors' Kang the Conqueror was shown privately by Marvel Studios.

Kang expresses his unique perspective on the universe as a time traveler in the final moments of the teaser, according to Collider:

"When you can see time the way I can, you can see everything." "I know how it all ends," says the speaker. Everything you're holding onto, everything you call life.

Scott Lang, who plays Ant-Man in Paul Rudd, declares himself to be an Avenger before Kang asks whether he was killed in his previous killings: "You're an Avenger?"

A new poster followed the teaser, which included the first glimpse at Kang the Conqueror's MCU appearance.

Kang has already killed how many Avengers?

Based on Kang's monologue, the conquering villain has clearly been around the Multiverse for a long time and has faced off against many Avengers on his path. With Kang failing to even remember whether Scott was one of the heroes he has murdered in the past, it's clear his kill count is already high.

The Avengers are likely to face a tough task as a result of Majors' villain having already killed countless heroes.

Kang might emerge from the Multiverse Saga having defeated far more heroes than Thanos ever managed. Iron Man, Black Widow, Vision, and Gamora were the most hurt victims in the fight, but who knows how much more damage Kang will cause in his conquest?

As it remains unclear how Kang ties into things, there are even doubts about whether all the Ant-Man family will survive Quantumania. After all, what better way could there be to establish the villain as a formidable force than to see him defeat Scott, Hope, Hank, or Janet?

Quantumania hits cinemas on February 17, 2023.
