Season 3 of RHOSLC will feature at least two significant cast changes ...

Before the Real Housewives of Salt Lake Citys Season 2 reunion was broadcast, Andy Cohen revealed that Bravo was already filming Season 3. The reunion left off with the women who are still in a very important position, according to Cohen in early February. So im glad that there are cameras on them now, because its already kicking off, there is a lot going on, and Im glad we were there shooting right now. We did something similar with Beverly Hills, where the new season started fairly soon after we shot the reunion and it paid off.

Jen Shah's trial, which had been scheduled to begin on March 7, was postponed until July 11, and, on that day, Jen changed her plea to guilty after proving her innocence for more than a year. Shah admitted to the judge that she committed wire fraud, offering services that were of little to no value. She has agreed to serve 11 to 14 years in prison and restitution of up to $9.5 million.

Jen, Heather Gay, and Meredith Marks, who will be an unlikely trio of friends this season, traveled to New York City together in the days before the plea change and Bravo cameras were in tow. There has been plenty of other drama, too, including two cast departures that took place in real time.

Season 3 of the RHOSLC Premiere Date

Bravo has yet to announce the next season of RHOSLC, despite Cohen's unofficial confirmation. The second season will likely air in late September, but it might start a little earlier due to the slightly modified production schedule.

Season 3 Cast of The RHOSLC

Whitney Rose and Lisa Barlow are believed to be returning RHOSLC actors, according to Radar. Angie Katsanevas, a successful salon owner, had been photographed filming with the women in early March. According to multiple sources, Lisa's ex-friend Angie Harrington will return in an undetermined role.

Angie Katsanevas and Danna Bui-Negrete, who have filled the vacant two full-time roles on April 23, shared an Instagram photo with Whitney and Lisa at a local pride event. Lisa commented.

Whitney told followers during an Instagram Q&A that she expects major dynamic shifts in Season 3, which she summed up in three words: unexpected, dynamic, and intense. Several of the womens social media posts shortly afterwards appeared to suggest that Lisa was in conflict with Heather, Jen, Meredith, and Angie Harrington, indicating the possibility of drama this season.

Is Mary Resurrection For Season 3 of RHOSLC?

Mary Cosby, an original cast member, swore off the Season 2 reunion, according to various reports, because she feared the conversation would be one-sided, referencing her church being a cult.

Cosby initially sparked controversy when she denied reports that she had left RHOSLC on February 4th. This story is a complete fabrication, a complete lie!! Nevertheless, a Bravo source told ET shortly afterward that she did not show up for the reunion in January. There are no plans to film with her, according to the insider.

Mary was chastised during Season 2 for making racial remarks, particularly toward Jennie Nguyen, who repeatedly referenced her slanted eyes and yellow skin tone, which further prompted calls for her to be fired.

Why Did Jennie Won't Return For RHOSLC Season 3?

Jennie, who was sacked in January after several of her racist Facebook posts surfaced online, had stated in a January 25 Instagram statement that she will no longer be a cast member of RHOSLC, according to reports. Season 3 was already filming.

Bravo stated in their statement that they did not take the necessary steps when Jennies' negative social media comments were brought to our attention. Continuing on, we will strive to improve our processes to ensure that we make better informed and more thoughtful casting decisions.

Each member of the RHOSLC cast issued individual statements criticizing Jennies' actions at the time, and Cohen later addressed the issue in his February ET interview. We have to be sensitive to racism, said Cohen. And you know, look theres, every situation is different, but we want to do the right thing.

Will Jens' Guilty Plea Be Revealed by Viewers?

In July, a production source told E! News that season 3 filming had finished, but it was resumed once more as Jen changed her plea to guilty. In the days that followed, however, the insider revealed that cameras would no longer follow Jen, who will be sentenced on November 28.

According to E! News, several of Jens' co-stars were surprised and disappointed when she learned she changed her plea to guilty. The entire time Jen has never resisted from claiming her innocence, the insider said, some of her co-stars now feel duped, misled, and lied to by their pal.

As additional information on RHOSLC Season 3 becomes available, this post will be updated.
