On International Tiger Day, K-Pop sensation SEVENTEENs performance unit leader Hoshi surprised fans with an unreleased solo track Tiger.

Hoshi made a video for SEVENTEEN's YouTube channel, featuring the Korean-American rapper Tiger J.K. The track was co-written by SEVENTEEN's main producer and vocal unit leader Woozi.

The lyrics were composed by Hoshi, Woozi, and Tiger J.K.

Studio Choom, a YouTube channel dedicated to K-pop dance videos, will also release the choreography for the special track.

Hoshi is well-known in the K-pop scene for being an avid fan of tigers and everything inspired by the animal.

The stage name Hoshi is derived from the Korean word for tigers' gaze.

In 2021, he released a solo album called Tiger Power, and uses the term horanghae to describe himself. Both terms are used in Korean: tiger (horangi) and I love you (saranghae).

SEVENTEEN is a 13-member South Korean Kpop group managed by Pledis Entertainment. The group has made many achievements since its launch on May 26, 2015, and has also participated in numerous charitable organizations. In the SOOP, they have also participated in many educational projects.

Kwon Soon-young, better known as Hoshi, is the group's main dancer, lead vocalist, and member of the special units BSS and Leaders. The 26-year-old idol has been involved in numerous music videos pre-debut and has participated in the writing and composing of many songs.

Sector 17 is the group's latest studio album, and it's a repackaged version of Face the Sun, which became their first album to chart in the Billboard top 200 for four weeks.
