WASHINGTON, Fla., Sept. 15, 2021 -- The Bear Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center will celebrate its 40th year anniversary this month. Bear Creek opened on September 15, 1981 and has become a leading healthcare provider in Pasco and the surrounding counties.
