FIFA 23's reveal trailer has been released, and EA has confirmed that there will be crossplay and cross platform multiplayer in many of the game modes.
FIFA's next name will be the last to bear the name. There's a lot to be excited about as it includes the winter world cup in Qatar and the Womens Super League for the first time ever.
All of the above is great, but what's even better is that from the start, there will be cross platform multiplayer.
Is FIFA 23 crossplay?
FIFA 23 is a crossplay game, which means it includes cross platform multiplayer between PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
PS4 owners may only play with Xbox One and vice versa due to differences in versions. While PS5 and Xbox Series X/S may only play with PC.
This is fantastic news as it means that this years PC version will be the same as PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. In addition, PC users may purchase the game on both Steam and the Epic Games store instead of having to use Origin.
Although last-generation console users cant play against one another, they will share the same FUT Transfer Market pool. PC will have its own transfer market.
