On Thursday, Google Pixel Buds Pro wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds were unveiled in India. They come with active noise cancellation (ANC) capability, which makes them different from previous Pixel Buds models. They were unveiled at the Google I/O 2022 event alongside the Google Pixel Watch and Google Pixel 6a.
Price in India of Google Pixel Buds Pro, and its availability
The new Google Pixel Buds Pro earbuds cost Rs. 19,990. They will be available for purchase on Flipkart starting July 28.
The Pixel Buds Pro were first released earlier in May for $199 (roughly Rs. 15,400) and were available in four distinct colors: Charcoal, Coral, Fog, and Lemongrass.
Specifications for the Pixel Buds Pro from Google
The Google Pixel Buds Pro has active noise cancellation (ANC) built on a custom six-core audio processor that runs Google-developed algorithms. Additionally, there is a dedicated transparency mode that allows users to hear ambient noise.
The new earbuds follow the Pixel Buds and Pixel Buds A-Series and offer a hands-free Google Assistant experience. Besides, they have capacitive touch sensors for tap and swipe gesture support.
The Google Pixel Buds Pro earbuds have an IPX4 splash-resistant construction and an IPX2 splash-resistant case. The charging case supports USB Type-C for wired charging as well as Qi wireless charging. For connectivity, the Google Pixel Buds Pro have Bluetooth v5.0, as well as tablets and laptops.
The Pixel Buds Pro users may also use the Find My Device app in the event they lose an earbud. The charging case supports fast charging to provide up to one hour of listening time with five minutes of charging. It comes with a total listening time of up to 31 hours (without ANC).
