These Organic Single-Serve Smoothies Changed My Life About Fruits & Veggies ...

Im a picky eater who changed from a couple of years ago. Although I am much better at eating fruits and veggies now, I'm still looking for ways to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my diet as quickly, easily, and sustainably as possible. I'm also sensitive to waste, and throwing out foods that are gone makes sense.

What Is the Difference Between kencko and What Is It Anyway?

Then, using their suggestions, you'll build your box. I selected 20 smoothie packets, excited to try out Mint Greens and Mochas.

Kenckos Fruit-&Veggie-Packed Smoothies, which are taste-testing

Kenckos's neat, adorable packaging made me feel like I was getting excited to try their product. It also included a nice bottle that provided all I needed to enjoy my smoothies as quickly as possible.

Spicy Tomatoes is packed with digestion-aiding fiber, glow-boosting vitamin C, and vitamin A, which is excellent for vision. The smoothie was a rich red color, and the flavor was mild but not too strong for a weekend brunch. Maybe some vodka will go in there as well.

Ultra Greens was the most enjoyable smoothie to try. The leafy greens provided an excellent source of iron and protein to help recover muscle, while vitamins A and C help with digestion; and five grams of protein naturally boosts energy.

I like coffee, but I dont drink it often. A Kenckos Mochas smoothie is a gentler alternative, with coffee, shiitake mushrooms, and baobab powder, all of which have health benefits from reducing inflammation to aiding cognitive functioning.

Purples is a popular kenckos flavor, containing a powerful anti-inflammatory, metabolism-boosting blend of blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, and banana. It tasted like a fresh berry smoothie, although it wasn't particularly fruity.

Blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry are the most commonly consumed foods: 80 calories, 3g of fiber, 1g protein, and 40 calories.

Although I didn't try out Ultra Greens, I wanted to try it again. This smoothie was wonderfully balanced and mild, with just a hint of spice thanks to the ginger. I'm assuming this will be a great healthy cocktail option like Spicy Tomatoes.
