When Johhny was in the driver seat of a 2008 red Honda Civic at 5:15 am, the tragedy occurred.

The police have revealed that an inquiry into his death is underway.

Johnny was a 31-year-old resident of Queens, New York. The New York Police Department disclosed to NBC Boston that he was the father of six children.

Johnny was working as a crew member on the sets of Law & Order at the time of his death.

He was also required to park trucks and post notices about filming.

Johnny is described by one of his pals and coworkers as a wonderful guy who is always laughing or making someone laugh.

Johnny has always wanted to be a television producer, and he loves motorcycles and dirt bikes, according to his neighbors.

The father of the victim issues a statement.

Johnny is survived by his wife, children, and his father.

His dad, who resides in Puerto Rico, told the New York Post that he was shocked by the tragic news. They were apparently not close at the time, but had some connection over the previous three years.

We were not close, but he's my son no matter what. He's now gone for good, forever, according to the devastated father.

I feel lost. To me, he was a good boy. He took great care of his children. He was always kind to me, and he added more.

Following Johnny's death, mayor Eric Adams issued a statement, expressing his condolences for violence against children.

During this difficult period, we offer our deepest sympathy to the victims' family, friends, and coworkers, and we will continue to strive to bring the perpetrator to justice and stem the tide of gun violence we are witnessing.

Our top priority is to ensure the safety of all New Yorkers. No shooting is permitted, which is why we are working every day to eradicate illegal firearms from New York City streets.

While paying tribute to Johnny, a spokesperson for NBC and Universal Television echoed the Mayors' opinions.

One of our crew members was tragically killed early this morning and has died as a result. We are working with local authorities as they continue to investigate. Our hearts go out to his family and friends and we ask that you respect their privacy during this time.
