Kim Kardashian is always embroiled in drama. She is a billionaire, but it appears that she will never give up her pride. In a court battle over unpaid pay, Kim reportedly demanded that her ex-male housekeeper pay her $2,500 for playing sports.

Kim Kardashian has requested that her ex-housekeeper be punished in court for allegedly playing games in their legal battle, which was initiated by members of the reality stars' former staff. The 41-year-old reality star has requested that Andrew Ramirez pay her $2,475.

Kim filed a motion to have her case dismissed because Andrew refused to accept her responses as part of the case. During the battle, Andrew asked Kim a series of questions that he wanted answered under oath. Kim's response was taken from Andrew's estate manager.

Andrew argued that Kim, not her employee, should be required to complete the paperwork. He requested that Kim be penalized $1,857. Kim's attorneys are now opposing the motion and want their own set of sanctions.

Andrew, one of seven ex-employees who is suing the former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, believes the estate managers' statements are appropriate and that the court should hear them.

All of the plaintiffs claim to have worked in Kim's Hidden Hills compound. According to the lawsuit, employees were promised full-time jobs with benefits. However, they were paid as independent contractors, leaving them without the promised benefits.

Kim and her staff have long attempted to shift the blame to a third-party organization.

Kims representative stated that the reality star billionaire had no control over the employees or their salaries. Kims representative said that she is not responsible for how the vendor manages their business or the agreements they have made directly with their employees.
