During Avatar 2, James Cameron says it's OK to get up and pee ...

This really gives the phrase the way of water a new meaning.

James Cameron's Avatar sequels would be an understatement and a half. He's not just making one or two of these films; he's also developing four more Avatars basically simultaneously. And he's been developing them in some form or another since the original Avatar opened in theaters back in 2009.

Cameron is already warning people that the first of these sequels,Avatar: The Way of Water, will be long, and he doesnt want anyone to hear about it.

In an interview with Empire, he said here's the major social paradigm shift that must take place. It's okay to get up and go pee.

Nobody likes to be told not to whine, but you know what? James Cameron is correct. Everyone binges half a season of television (or more!) in a day. Well, those two episodes were almost four hours all alone. No! They were psyched that there was so muchStranger Things to watch.

With a television show, you may take a break for a while and come back. Maybe Cameron should have an intermission for a bathroom trip? Or maybe Cameron should place a little icon of a toilet in the corner of the screen so we all know when to run out? It's nice.

The premiere of Avatar: The Way of Water is scheduled for December 16, 2022.
