Leeds might be on the verge of combining one of English football's most terrifying duos. Our View ...

According to numerous reports, Leeds United is close to agreeing to the signing of Feyenoords Luis Sinisterra.

Simply put, this might be one of the summer signings.

Sinisterra looks ready-made for the Premier League, much so that he has even compared himself to Diaz in recent weeks.

Sinisterra was an absolute revelation last season, scoring 23 goals and adding 14 assists in all competitions, as well as lighting up the Europa League's inaugural Europa League, winning the Young Player of the Tournament prize as his Feyenoord side advanced to the final.

The attacker is your typical South American winger, who is quick, skilled, technically proficient, and willing to bat his socks off for the team.

Following Raphinha on a weekly basis for the past two years, Leeds is familiar with all of South American wingers, and, quite painfully, Sinisterra would have suited well in the same team as Raphinha.

Imagine having these two on opposite flanks. Leeds would have one of the worst wing duos in English football.

Sinisterra and Raphinha are strong attacking talents, but their ability to react and press also makes them a nightmare for the opposition in any area on the pitch, and Leeds would be almost unplayable down the flanks if they were on the same team.

Raphinha looks set to make a move away from Elland Road in the coming days, while Sinisterra may not be there for a while yet.

Leeds is set to be so close to putting Sinisterra and Raphinha together in the same team, but Premier League fans will most likely never experience such a spectacle.
