Youri Tielemans has returned to Arsenal, according to reports. Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United have also expressed interest in signing him.

For most of the summer transfer window, the Belgian international has been linked with a move to Arsenal.

The Express' Ryan Taylor reported a few weeks ago that the Gunners had cooled their interest in a move that HITC Sport believed might benefit Tottenham.

Spurs may be considering a move for Leicester City midfielder Michael Bridge [YouTube], who has also been linked with a move to Manchester United [MEN].

Ben Jacobs, a CBS reporter, has told Give Me Sport that the 30-million-plus player is fully sold on a move to Arsenal, and that he would join the Red Devils' Mikel Artetas team.

Jacobs said: He's completely sold on a move to Arsenal, so if Manchester United were to bid for Tielemans, they would only get him if Arsenal decides that's fine, and they take the player. It's not really a head-to-head.

I believe that Manchester United's potential interest in Tielemans, which is still to be addressed, might just encourage Arsenal to make a bid again, or may just have Arsenal say, I'm sorry, but we're not interested in going forward. Join Manchester United if you want.

Problem is, Arsenal's true desire remains to be seen.

There hasn't been much genuine speculation about a move to the Emirates Stadium, which you'd expect to benefit Spurs or Manchester United.

Tielemans is no longer a priority for Arteta as the club has already signed Fabio Vieira, and with little speculation of Granit Xhaka leaving the Gunners in recent weeks.

Other Premier League teams need him more, and although the player himself is apparent to be interested, the sentiment does not appear to be reciprocal.
