Thor's Love and Thunder Role Leads to a Game of Thrones Actress' Legal Action

Thor's Love and Thunder Role Leads to a Game of Thrones Actress' Legal Action ...

Thor: Love and Thunder is expected to feature several high-profile new actors who are making their mark on the MCU, including Russell Crowes Zeus and Christian Bales Gorr the God Butcher. Fans are also interested in learning which rumors are true about other new actors in the upcoming Thor sequel, such as Lena Headey from Game of Thrones.

Headey has a number of roles on her resume, including her 300 from former Justice League director Zack Snyder in 2007. But she's best known to the public over the past decade for her role as Cersei Lannister in Game of Thrones, which she played alongside other Marvel actorsPeter Dinklage and Emilia Clarke.

Headey will not only be in Thor 4 until she joins Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman, according to the most recent reports. However, she may be in serious legal trouble as well as in her role.

A Thor 4 actress has been thrown into legal action.

Lena Headey is being sued by Troika, her former UK agency, for unpaid commission fees that are tied to many projects, including Marvel Studios' Thor: Love and Thunder.

Heady is said to have an undisclosed role in the next MCU film, but it does not appear in the final cut of the film.

Even if her role in Thor: Love and Thunder isn't actually used in the film, the actress owes the agency over $500,000 USD.

Will Lena Headey's MCU Future Be Affected by this?

Scarlett Johansson's dispute over Black Widow's release and Disney's desire to retain the rights to Marvel's characters have been another disappointing piece of news, especially since she doesn't even appear in Thor: Love and Thunder's final film.

The fact that the Thor sequel isn't the only reason for bringing this situation to the attention is evident. Of course, it makes sense that it's the one being highlighted, even with Headey not being involved in the end.

Thor: Love and Thunder is being sought after by $500,000, according to Triika/YMU, they are due commission fees of $300,000 for Headey's film9 Bullets and $650,000 for the Showtime drama seriesRita, despite the latter not being picked up after its pilot.

The role of the Game of Thronesstar in this cosmic sequel is unlikely to be known, whether it was one of this movie's gods that Gorr pursues, or another important Asgardian who may have fought alongside the main heroes.

Headey will not be able to reprise her role on the big screen at some point, but fans will continue to follow her progress in that regard as time goes on. Perhaps her removed scenes will allow her to take on a new role in the universe, or Marvel Studios may save her current MCU character for a future endeavor.

On July 8, Thor: Love and Thunder will be released in cinemas.
