Deleted Scenes from Thor: Love and Thunder with Jeff Goldblum and Peter Dinklage

Deleted Scenes from Thor: Love and Thunder with Jeff Goldblum and Peter Dinklage ...

The release date for Thor: Love and Thunder is approaching at an all-time high, and the actors of the film have been busy promoting the sequel. Chris Hemsworth's fourth solo adventure takes him on one of the God of Thunder's famous comic book villains, Gorr the God Butcher, played by veteran superhero actorChristian Bale.

Bale is just one of many A-list actors featured in Thor: Love and Thunder, which reunites Hemsworth's superhero with his ex-girlfriend Jane Foster, played by Natalie Portman, who wields the hammer as Mighty Thor. Tessa Thompson will return as the newly crowned King Valkyrie alongside Thor: Ragnarok's breakout starKorg, who is brought to life once again bydirector Taika Waititi.

Chris Pratt, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, and Dave Bautista will reprise their roles as the Guardians of the Galaxy in the fourth Thor film, following the introduction of the god of thunder to the team's galactic adventures in Avengers: Endgame.

It wouldn't be a Marvel Studios film without a few cameos, but it's possible that the already stacked cast of Thor: Love and Thunder has left a few surprises on the cutting table.

Christian Bale Reveals Thor 4 Cut Scenes

Christian Bale talked about working with the otherThor: Love and Thundercast members in an interview withPrensaescenario.

Bale praised Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, and Tessa Thompson's performances, but said they had also worked with previous MCU actorsPeter Dinklage and Jeff Goldblum. Despite the fact that their performances were "beautiful and brilliant," the actor said their scenes were "not in the final film."

"Taika has just created a really, really, fantastic cast. I'm not mentioning anybody else." "I got to work with Peter Dinklage, who isn't in the final film, but I got to work with Jeff Goldblum, who isn't in the final film."

When asked how Thor: Love and Thunder managed to juggle so many elements, Bale replied, "It's Taika [Waititi at the helm".

"No, because Taika is at the helm, and there are very few people who understand how to balance and balance all of that and with such a huge palette and budget. That's a task in itself."

Are There More Marvel Cinematic Universe Stars in Thor 4?

It's hard to believe that Thor: Love and Thunder's cast could be even more star-studded, but according to Bale, it was.

Both Peter Dinklage and Jeff Goldblum have appeared in Marvel films alongside Thor in the past. Dinklage starred as Eitri, the king of the Dwarves who helped Thor forge his weapon Stormbreaker in Thor: Ragnarok as the eccentric Grandmaster who pits Thor and Hulk against each other in his arena on Sakaar.

Both movies had previously been rumored or alluded to appearing in the film, but no one has received confirmation that the two MCU characters would not be back after all of this, unless they make their way onto the Blu-ray's deleted scenes.

It's hard to say what sort of interaction these characters would have had with Bale's God Butcher in Thor 4, as Eitri is known for crafting godly weapons, so Gorr might have gone to the dwarf for a god-killing weapon of his own. In Marvel Comics, The Grandmaster is one of the Elders of the Universe, so it's possible Gorr would have seen him as another target in his quest to eradicate all godly beings.

The roles of Dinklage and Goldblum aren't the only things that have been removed from Thor: Love and Thunder. Chris Hemsworth admitted in an interview that Thor had a dance scene set to an ABBA song, but it didn't make it to the screen. Hopefully, after the theatrical release of the film, these deleted scenes will see the light of day.

Thor: Love and Thunder will be released on July 8 in cinemas.
