Farrah Abraham, famous for her role in Teen Mom, continues to make headlines even after leaving the franchise back in 2017, which was charged with battery for allegedly slapping a guard earlier this year.

According to court documents published by Page Six, Abraham was charged earlier this month on June 2nd and is facing arraignment scheduled for June 23rd. She will also face a whole year in prison and a fine of $2,000.

Despite the fact that the Abrahams arraignment hearing is now on the criminal case schedule for the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Abrahams'' lawyer said no charges have been brought against her on Wednesday.

Dario C. Gomez, her attorney, denied that, on behalf of our client, Ms. Farrah Abraham, the Law Office of Dario C. Gomez said that no charges have been filed against her in connection with the incident at Grandmaster Records on January 15, 2022.

Because because Ms. Abraham committed no crime, and is, in fact, the victim in all of this, Gomez continued. Our office is currently investigating the incident further and is in the process of seeking any and all remedies available to her for the physical and emotional damage suffered as a result of this tragic incident.

On January 16, Farrah was remanded in county jail for allegedly slapping a security guard outside a Los Angeles club. It was then reported on video, as someone caught it.

Abraham is not a first-time offender; she pleaded guilty in November 2018 to a misdemeanor offense following a confrontation with a security officer at the Beverly Hills Hotel in June of that year. She received a two-year probation term and five days of community service.
