Cal Kestis Rumored will get his own Disney+ show in Star Wars ...

Star Wars has been a big-screen movie, with many successful streaming series on Disney+. At this point, nearly everyone is getting a Star Wars streaming project, from Obi-Wan Kenobi to Kassian Andor. Yet, a name hasn''t been identified: Cal Kestis, Jedi.

Kestis (played by Cameron Monaghan) made his Star Wars debut in the 2019 Season of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, a Respawn Entertainment video game that has been released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Soon, the protagonist hooked gamers, enough so that many have wondered when the character will make the jump to live-action.

While some believe that Kestis will appear inObi-Wan Kenobi, it appears that Disney has much more loyal fans for the character outside of the upcoming Jedi: Fallen Order sequel.

MakeWay for Cal Kestis

According to Star Wars News Net, Star Wars InsiderKristian Harloff, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Orderprotagonist Cal Kestis will be getting his own Disney+ streaming series.

Cameron Monaghan''s Jedi, followed in the footsteps of Din Djarin, Boba Fett, and most recently Obi-Wan Kenobi, appears to be heading for his own live-action campaign on the streaming platform. Harloff said he had received all of "he''s been untrusted in the past," but nothing was entirely confirmed.

Harloff said that "there are no production dates for the season, but my source has revealed that this is happening.

Rumor, rumor, and rumour Have to say that not confirmed! Got this from someone I''ve trusted in the past, tells me this is a thing. At the moment, there is a Cal Kestis show for Disney Plus. The rumor is that [the actor Cameron Monaghan has] actually signed on to play the character from Jedi: Fallen Order in a live-action series for Disney Plus. There is no production dates, but my source tells me that this is happening.

From Video Game Hero to TV Star

It has felt like a matter of time before news like this would come to light. While television and movie actors take part in video game projects often, this feeling a little different.

When it comes to appearing in live-action scenes within the Star Wars universe, Disney has made it very clear that everyone is fair game. If a character has appeared anywhere in the famous franchise, whether it be in books, comics, or animated television shows, they have the possibility of participating in live-action events at any moment (i.e. Black Krrsantan in The Book of Boba Fett).

Monaghan is a fairly well-known actor in the acting world. His work onGothamandShameless has given the actor a level of name recognition that might just justify a lead role in a solo Star Wars project.

Cal will be back on the market when Star Wars Jedi: Survivor launches on next-gen gaming platforms, but if this news is true, he might become an even larger part of the galaxy far, far away in the unlikely future.
