The Lilywhites will have their third summer window transfer already, and according to Fabrizio Romano, it won''t be their final piece of business.

Antonio Conte was lauded from the start to the post for guiding Tottenham back into the Champions League last season, after only being appointed in November.

Fabio Paratici seems to have done a lot of work in the Bissouma deal.

The fantastic Italian manager enjoys some well-deserved holiday time and although he is no doubt in constant communication with Paratici, the former Juventus director is likely to have been quite a lot more hands-on.

On Friday, the same day Bissouma was announced, Conte posted a topless photo of himself straddling a surf board and steering it in the sea, along with the caption Paddle session.

Tottenham sign Yves Bissouma

The former manager of Inter Milan is, like the surf board, steering the North Londoners in the right direction.

This is Tottenham''s first effort, with Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forser, and Bissouma completing the task in an unprecedented number of roles. While Paratici appears to be doing the heavy lifting, Conte will have sanctioned the objectives.

Spurs have left it late in the summer to complete their business quite often too late under Daniel Levy.

Conte and Paratici seem to be a fantastic combination, as they both worked together at Juventus, and Tottenham will benefit greatly from this partnership.
