On Thursday, Britney Spears'' ex-husband Kevin Federline will not attend her wedding to Sam Asghari, according to Page Six.
Federlines attorney Mark Kaplan, who oversees the pro dancers custody case with the pop icon, claims the boys will not attend the wedding.
They think that this day''s focus should be on Britney and Sam, and they are extremely happy for her to move forward.
Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, are separated by Spears, 40, and Federline, 44.
Kaplan did not confirm whether the teens received an invitation from their mother or if it was their choice not to attend the events, but the high-powered lawyer said. Alternatively, you may assume that the boys were permitted to attend if they expressed their desire.
Kaplan tells us on behalf of Federline that he wants her to be happy and believes that this will be a positive step for her in a post-conservatorship future.
Spears, a professional DJ, has 70 percent ownership of his sons, while their mother has 30 percent.
Kaplan previously advised us that since Preston and Jayden are now teenagers, the parties involved pay attention to what they desire and when they spend their time.
The 28-year-old son''s relationship with Asghari appears to be supportive.
Jayden was photographed walking with the personal trainer-turned-actor and the Grammy winner in Los Angeles in March 2021.
At the time, the trio seemed in good spirits, and Spears was even seen stopping by a Easter bunny statue to pose for a picture.
When she discovered out she was pregnant in April, Federline also expressed his support for his ex-boyfriend.
Kaplan told us at the time that K-Fed wishes her the best for a happy, healthy pregnancy and congratulates her and Sam as they prepare for the end of their parenthood season.
Sadly, the Toxic singer died shortly after, but the wedding plan did not have to be halted.
In an intimate concert with around 50 guests, Spears and Asghari will tie the knot Thursday.
From 2004 through 2007, Federline and she married.
