Who knew Robert De Niro was a Swiftie? In an interview with Variety on June 8, the Oscar-winning actor reveals that he is a fan of Taylor Swift, going as far as to own all of her songs (without specifying whether he was joking or if her Taylors Version re-cordings were included in his supposed collection).

De Niro revealed that he enjoys her music and loves it on the radio. By using Swift in the most fatherly manner possible, he prefers to hear the hosts talk among themselves. When my young daughter puts a station on, and it drives me crazy. When they have music, it''s OK.

After a screening of the short film on June 11, Swift will speak about her directorial activities.

When asked why Swift was the perfect fit for the festival, Rosenthal explained that she enjoys seeing artists doing things outside of their comfort zones. Second, Jane agreed, nodding to Swifts multiple Tribeca properties. Were always looking to show artists work to demonstrate what they do the interdisciplinary work. It is always interesting to see what artists do when they are not doing what we think they should continuously do.

While All Too Well: The Short Film was Swift''s most directing effort to date, it was not her first. She also directed her 2019 music videos for Lover and You Need To Calm Down before sitting in the directors chair solo for her 2020 videos The Man, Cardigan, and Willow. If a feature film is in Swifts future, then maybe it will feature a Tribeca premiere.
