Edward Snowden And Lindsay Mills To Become Parents

In 2013, National Security Agency employee Edward Snowden leaked US intelligence data, which caused a major international diplomatic scandal. After that, he went to Russia, where he still lives and, according to him, has the opportunity to lead a normal life — to move around Moscow quietly, meet friends, visit public places. In a 2019 interview with the Guardian, Snowden mentioned that he only misses the American chain of Taco Bell eateries. In it, the ex-NSA employee admitted that he secretly married his beloved Lindsay Mills in a Moscow Registry Office. And just recently, it became known that the couple is preparing to become parents. They reported this on social networks. "Our best collaboration will be coming soon," Mills tweeted and Instagram, attaching a photo that clearly shows her changing shape. "You made me believe in happy endings. I love you, darlin," Snowden answered, if you share on your page.

It is worth mentioning that in October, the fugitive American received an indefinite residence permit in Russia — this became possible thanks to changes in legislation adopted in 2019. According to his lawyer, Snowden is not going to get Russian citizenship yet.
