Death Stranding Release Date On PC Delayed Due To Coronavirus
The official Twitter account of Kojima Productions Studio published information that the release of the PC version of Death Stranding is postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
This is primarily since all employees of the company have been switched to remote work mode, which is why many aspects of development no longer fit into the schedule.
"Following the temporary closure of KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS, we have had to delay the PC launch of DEATH STRANDING to July 14, 2020, to allow more development time amidst the current work-from-home orders in place. Thank you all for your patience and continued support!"
The new release date of the game is called July 14 of this year, although previously the game was planned to be released on personal computers on June 2.
The audience met this decision with understanding, among the comments most often there are calls to "stay at home," and many players write that in the circumstances they are ready to wait as long as it takes for the sake of General safety.
