Amber Heard responds to Kate Moss'' testimony in the wake of the Johnny Depps defamation trial against her. On May 27, 2022, the Aquaman star took to the witness stand on the final day of testimony to discuss Johnnys ex-girlfriend testimony.

Kate Moss appeared briefly in court via video to dismiss Amber''s claims earlier during her trial with Johnny, when the Aquaman actress ridiculed a rumor that the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory actor once shoved Kate down a flight of stairs. During cross-examination, Johnnys lawyer Camille Vasquez asked Amber, "You didn''t expect Ms. Moss to testify that that never happened."

Amber replied. I know how many people will come out of the woodwork to support Johnny. This courtroom is clear how many individuals will do that.

The actress explained how she made up the alleged stair dispute with Kate. Everyone who was in the 90s and the early aughts knew that rumor. I had heard it all day while my violent husband not only swung for me but also for my sister. And, yes, I thought about it.

Amber first brought up Kate when she recalled a similar incident she encountered with her and her sister, recalled rumors that Johnny pushed his ex-girlfriend down a flight of stairs when they were together. When she was still married to the Pirates of the Caribbean star, Whitney was attempting to defend her against the attack. Whitney was reportedly in the line of fire trying to get Johnny to stop. Her back was at the staircase, and Johnny swings at her. I cannot wait I just, in my head, instantly think of

On May 25, 2022, a legal team of Johnny brought Kate Moss out via video to testify that the rumor was false. I screamed because I didn''t know what happened to me and I was in disarray. He came running back to me and sent me to my room, receiving medical treatment. He never pushed me, kicked me, or even threw me down any stairs.

Johnny and Kate married from 1994 to 1997. They were famously known for their public scuffles. Almost two decades later, Amber married Johnny. In 2018, she wrote an op-ed for The Washington Post about her experience with domestic abuse. After claiming that the op-ed had resulted him in losing many of his acting positions, the trial is expected to conclude today.
