Loretta Sage, a brilliant, but reclusive writer, has spent her career writing about exotic locations in her popular romance-adventure novels featuring Alan (Channing Tatum), who has dedicated his life to embodying dash. While on tour with Alan, Alan discovers his ancient lost city treasure while he is on tour to her to help her navigate the elements. Together, they must learn to survive the elements and preserve the ancient treasure until it is recovered.
Loretta Sage''s role is well-known in Bullocks wheelhouse. From her previous comedy, we know she excels at portraying people who must becomethe opposite of who they are, whether its an FBI operative-turned-pageant queen inMiss Congeniality or a tough businesswoman-turned-sweetfiance inThe Proposal. Her transition from introverted author to jungle survivalist will likely be humorous.
The Lost City is now available exclusively in theaters on March 25, 2022.
