While Hawkeye effectively established Hailee Steinfeld''s Kate Bishop as a new young MCU hero, the series followed Maya as she sought revenge for Clint Barton''s allegedly killing her father as the vigilante Ronin, all of which led to her big reveal of her "uncle," Vincent D''Onofrio''s Kingpin by the end of the season.

Hawkeye Stars Return for Alaqua Cox''''s Echo
The first official synopsis from Echo outlined how Maya Lopez will have to reconnect with her sense of family and community in her debut solo trip, making a return for McClarnon as her father not too surprising. Even though her origin story centered on the Kingpin''s death, her connections to him should largely guide her forward.
While it''s still unclear how big McClarnon''s role will be after Hawkeye''s death, his influence will likely be one of the key driving forces that aid the storyadvance week-to-week.
As she returns to the country, many of the cast members will likely play members of Maya''s family or members from her community. This is because many of them have a history with the FX show Reservation Dogs, which also focuses on an indigenous narrative, as well as the fact that the same background will be explored extensively in Echo.
Echo will feature Daredevil as well as Vincent D''Onofrio as Kingpin, both of whom have strong links to the best character in the comics, both of whom are eager to go back to the game. However, the announcement has already begun to be made in the canon MCU.
Echois is currently filming and will feature on Disney+ sometime in 2023.
