Josh Duggar was found guilty by a jury in his trial for possession of child pornography. He is not the only person in his family to have been accused of crimes against children. After Josh Duggars'' arrest on child pornography charges, his wife Anna appeared to have no difficulties with letting their children around him.
A letter from LaCount Reber, a member of the Duggar family, revealed the shocking news. According to a court appearance in April 2021, Josh was granted the release under certain restrictions.
According to the court, Josh was permitted to live with his wife Anna or their children. He was only permitted to see his children if his wife agreed to him. Josh was ordered to live with LaCount and Maria and not have access to the internet.
In December 2021, Josh was found guilty of two counts of possessing and downloading the gruesome content. This month, the sentence for sex offenders will be announced. In an attempt to escape having the book thrown at him, Josh had his family and friends write letters to the court.
Following the start of the arrest, LaCount sent one praise to Josh, but also revealed Anna was over at his house with the kids. According to LaCount, Josh made sure to follow the courts guidelines. View the email from LaCount below.
