There''s no doubt we love Tesla transformation. Last month, we shared a video ofRich Benoit from YouTube channelRich Rebuilds, in which he built a 6-wheeled Tesla Model 3.
An amazing DIY
We have a new restoration that we fear is even more impressive than Benoit''s. According to a YouTube video, some unusual YouTubers called The Real Life Guys decided to transform a Tesla Model 3 into a tank with several massive chain tracks. The result is a 6-ton electric off-roading machine.
They started by attaching two gigantic tire trains on the Tesla, making the vehicle much larger and more capable of handling difficult terrain, such as mud. Each chain weighs 1.3 tons.
They even built a massive steel structure that goes into the tires. They even made a massive drive wheel in the construction that would drive the final vehicle forward or backward. The tricky part was putting space for the rubber chain.
In order to complete their monstrous creation, they assembled an axle and attached all of the components together with two huge chains. The steel structure was so massive they had to use a forklift to construct the rubber chain around it.
Testing proved fruitful
Once the first chain was complete, the owner tested it by pulling it behind a massive truck. Fortunately for them, it seemed to move smoothly, tackling tricky terrain like a pro.
They then stowed onto another side of the Tesla. Once that was accomplished, they replaced what now parut to be boring old Tesla wheels with these impressive designs.
The end result is a gasoline automobile that is similar to a tank. This is very forward-thinking as soon enough all our cars are expected to be electric, although they will likely not be built in this innovative and entertaining manner. Bravo, ladies!
