In the first haunting Netflix teaser trailer, Resident Evil returns to Raccoon City ...

In the first look at Netflix''s upcoming horror series,Resident Evil, the streamer has dropped the first teaser for the first time today, giving a glimpse into a faring future filled with blood, gore, and violence.

In 2022, theResident Evilteaser first revealed New Raccoon City, where Albert Wesker (Lance Reddick) moved with his family, including his two daughters, Billie and Jade (Tamara Smart and Ella Balinska), and asks them to stay home. I really believe you guys will love it here.

Although their new home appears to be picture-perfect on the surface, there''s something sinister lurking not far away. When Billie arrives in time for 2036, Jade is alone in what remains of a virtually unrecognizable London.

The firstResident Evilteaser trailer was dropped after it began announcing the series in August 2020, and soon afterwards revealed its cast. Along with Reddick, Smart, and Balinska, the series also stars Siena Agudong, Adeline Rudolph, Paola Nunez, Ahad Raza Mir, Connor Gossatti, and Turlough Convery.

The upcoming series is inspired by Paul W. S. Anderson''s Resident Evil reboot, which was first released in 1996. In the years since, there have been several live-action Resident Evil films, as well as a reboot from Johannes Roberts, which was titled "Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City." Last year, Netflix released an anime series, Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness.

The last installment in theResident Evilfranchise, published in January 20, 2012, shows how much joy caused by Joy and her fathers'' horrific attachments to the sinister Umbrella Corporation. In this absolute carnage, Jade is haunted by her past in New Raccoon City, but mostly by her sister''s death.

Netflix has released Resident Evilpremieres on July 14th. Watch the full teaser trailer in the video below.
