Blac Chynas $100 million defamation case against the Kardashians was dismissed. That doesn''t mean she was embarrassed by the court that dismissed her complaint.
Blac Chyna has stated that she is going to a higher court in her fight with the Kardashians and Jenner family and has begun to blitz outrages about what transpired behind closed doors during her trial. According to court documents, Chyna revealed an alleged secret meeting with the Kardashians and a court employee.
In her motion to disqualify, a 34-year-old reality star and her lawyer discussed why she thought the judge was biased against her throughout the trial. She sued her family members at once, but they didn''t play well. She accused them of circulating false statements about her assaulting Rob while they were together.
Lynne Ciani, a Chynas attorney, stated in the newly filed documents that she has practiced law for over 32 years. She said that the judge was slammed during the trial, which she believes contributed to him in deciding in favor of the reality star family.
Ciani said she was aware of the incident but decided to prohibit Tokyo Toni from the courtroom. Later, she said, during a private discussion in chambers, Rhodes interjected the completely irrelevant fact that he recently represented Mark Zuckerberg in a legal case. I believe the removal of his client, one of the world''s richest and most powerful men, was a highly unethical and wrong attempt to influence the judge.
After a meeting in chambers, Rhodes accused Tokyo of threatening the judge. Ciani stated to the judge that her daughter has a history of tiring on social media, especially against her own daughter. This situation has prompted the judge to make more biased decisions.
His tone and demeanor towards me became apparently disgruntled and dismissive. In contrast, the tone and demeanor against Judge Alarcons towards Mr. Rhodes became more respectable and even deferential.
Ciani''s main complaint was with the judges court clerk, according to Chynas lawyer. She said the clerk was more interested in the cases than the majority of the clerks. She later found the clerk talking to Rhodes at one point, and the conversation remained chummy and too cordial. She allegedly approached them to inquire about what she was talking about.
Ciani stated that she was stunned at the audacity of [the clerk] to act so depressing in favor of the Kardashian and Jenner defendants in the courtroom.
In response to [the clerks] a shaky and illogical request, Ciani claimed that she observed the clerk no longer in the court and had been replaced by another employee one day later. According to Ciani, eyewitnesses noticed the old clerk and her adult daughter enter the secret and protected area (guarded by L.A. County Sheriff Deputies) where the defendants were discovered.
Ciani admitted to authorities that [the clerk] and her adult daughter were supposedly obtaining autographs and/or photographs with the defendants. Despite the charges, the judge denied the motion to disqualify. Chyna believes the odds were stacked against her and will now appeal to the Second District Court of Appeal.
Angela White deserved a fair trial in a court of law, but she did not receive a fair trial. She remains optimistic that the Second District Court of Appeal will examine the evidence and determine that Judge Alarcon must be removed from the Revenge Porn trial, and also removed from the judgment on any post-judgment motions in the Defamation/Intentional Interference with Contractual Relations case.
