Ms. Marvel of Disney+ will bring an Iconic Captain Marvel suit to the Marvel Cinematic Universe

Ms. Marvel of Disney+ will bring an Iconic Captain Marvel suit to the Marvel Cinematic Universe ...

The plot for Ms. Marvel was a mystery, as many initially speculated that Iman Vellani''s Kamala Khan andBruno Carrelli were going to a Halloween party at one point in the narrative. Soon after, it was revealed that they were actually sneaking off to AvengerCon and that the two of them worked together to create Kamala''s Captain Marvel costume.

New stills have confirmed that Kamala was considering competing in a cosplay contest. The party is likely to feature the costume for a convention at the convention, according to reports.

Notably, one contestant in this scene may even be seen wearing a classiccostume that Carol Danvers once wore in the comics.

Cosplay Contest at AvengerCon

The most noticeable feature of this scene is that one of the participants, behind Kamala to the left, is wearing a variation of Carol Danvers'' second classicsuperhero costume from the comics.

Although not the same black and yellow color scheme, she''s seen adorningaclassic domino mask, leotard, and her red sash tied around her hips.

Ms. Marvel GrapplingWith Self-Esteem Issues

In her classic, sexualized leotard outfit, Kamala (literally) became the person she wanted to be, but it did not help her feel more confident, or beautiful; it just made her feel uncomfortable in her own skin.

This scene is now impossible, because Kamala no longer has her original powers from the comics. But seeing this same costume might mean that the MCU show still intends to use it to depictKamala''s self-esteem concerns.

Supposethis contestant is indeed Zoe Zimmer, a funny girl from Kamala Khan''s school who mocked her for her adoration of superheroes. In that case, it''s easy to imagine Zoe winning this cosplaycontest against Kamala, potentially putting him in the villain''s flaws.

Again, not speculation, but this body issue that Kamala fought was key to her origin, so it would be fantastic if the series kept some semblance of it in the series. Although it is likely to generally be regulated to dialogue between Kamala and another character rather than using Kamala''s powers as a metaphor for these issues, keeping some of the original comic sequence will be sure to delight fans.

When Ms. Marvel gets released on Disney+ on June 8, fans will discover who will win the contest.
