Trevor Strnad, lead singer of The Black Dahlia Murder, has died. He was 41.

As part of Daytona Beachs Welcome to the Rockville Festival, the death metal band planned to go on tour later this year. In August, the band planned to attend the Dynamo Metalfest festival in the Netherlands.

Strnad leaves behind his girlfriend, Violet Knox, whom he appeared in a photo just three days before his death.
