Krunker, the free-to-play shooter for FRVR, has been acquired by FRVR ...

FRVR, based in Lisbon, has acquired Krunker.io, a free-to-play first-person shooter.

Krunker.io is a popular shooter with excellent modding support that can be played anywhere, without having to install the game.

Krunker, which was started in 2018 by Sidney de Vries, has evolved into one of today''s most popular post-app store games. It has already reached 1.5 billion players, thus recently achieving $76 million in funding, and is planning to use its capital to expand his reach and potential.

According to Brian Meidell, the CEO of FRVR, Krunker has done an incredible job of creating a world-class game, and we look forward to assisting the team by putting FRVR''s platform, team, and publishing machine behind it to take it to the next level. This is exactly the type of partnership we built for.

You may shoot through 12 rotation maps to earn rewards or play one of the 50,000 custom maps and games. Krunker also has a strong economy with tens of thousands of skins and items to unlock, sell, and trade.

In a statement, the FRVR family understands our vision for Krunker perfectly, and we are on the same page about the endless potential ahead of us. This also brings a ton of additional resources and support for technical challenges, QA, community interaction, and sandbox features. We will have so much more energy to focus on developing a fantastic game for our players.

FRVR, a game platform that enables a web-based ecosystem, was established in 2017 by Meidell and Chris Benjaminsen and now employs more than 100 people in six offices.

In a statement, FRVRs'' ability to put games absolutely everywhere with no installs combined with a game of Krunker.ios caliber is the perfect fit to demonstrate the world what FRVR is truly capable of. I believe this will be profound for Krunker and FRVR.
