Seth Meyers has never seen a clip of Rudy Giuliani that he didn''t intend to post to his audience, but we applaud him for his dedication to the craft. But even a Rudyologist like Meyers in the video, in which he is shooting a golf club at nothing and soliciting people to spend $325 on their hard-earned money to wish them a happy birthday. Which sounds like a fool would be slapped.
While Meyers had plenty of interesting conversations to discuss on Monday night, including Donald Trump''s acceptance of a non-existent senator for Ohio, he kicked off the nights A Closer Look segment with neckless wonder Rudy. We have shown you many clips of Rudy Giuliani in the past, and making quite a few things. However, this latest version may be the most bizarre yet.
In the video which Rudy has since deleted from Twitter, the Four Seasons Total Landscaping icon invites anyone who wants to have a real nice conversation, or a birthday greeting, or just talk golf, to join him on Cameo. The whole video (which you can do above) must be clear enough, but here''s a sneak peek of what he/she does.
Though Meyers was momentarily speechless, he didn''t stay that way for long:
This is the strangeest metronome I have ever seen Im sorry, it doesnt even look like an actual human body. It looks like a wind-up toy youve got in a giveaway bag at a mobsters funeral. Is this the result of his new film, Weekend at Rudys?
Why is it that he was frightened to swing the club back and forth like a wet pool noodle the whole time? Is he attempting to hypnotize us? He looks like one of those drinking birds if, instead of water, all the drank was scotch.
The whole clip above is now available, beginning around the 2:30 mark.
