For successful therapeutic transmission to the clinic, a comprehensive evaluation of the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties of a drug is essential. However, cost-effective methods to measure these parameters at the systems level in pre-clinical studies are lacking. We introduce a timsTOF and MALDI-2 workflow to assess therapeutic activity. We have developed a therapeutic activity evaluation methodology using vivo isotope tracing and the global metabolome analysis in the adult zebrafish.
