In 2021, DaBaby was charged with a hefty battery for punching a man during a music video shoot ...

DaBaby has been unable to stay out of legal trouble for an extended period of time. It was only a few months ago that officials announced that he was being investigated for assault with a deadly weapon following his bowling alley altercation with his brother in Miami. These incidents included making homophobic remarks during Rolling Loud, punching an artist on his own label, and more. Unfortunately, the fading streak of DaBaby''s just became more severe.

A felony battery charge is something DaBaby can now add to his list of things to deal with. After a music video shoot in December, a man named Gary Pagar permitted DaBaby to rent out a huge lot in Los Angeles. It was understood that no more than 12 people might be on the property at the time. Despite this, DaBaby had more than that amount there in order to shoot the video to Play U Lay with Stunna 4 Vegas and Jake Paul.

Pagar became aware that DaBaby violated their terms and reached out to the rapper and his team who assured him that the crew wouldn''t stay on the property long. However, on December 2, Pagar made a trip to the property where he discovered a crew of around 40 people. After he was assaulted by a member of the rappers team, DaBaby told him to back off all to''sucker punch Pagar and knock his tooth out.

Pagar has sued DaBaby for the incident, and it is unknown if the suit is still ongoing now that charges have been filed.
