Supposedly, he will not be returning on Twitter, although he's been from the bird site since the January 6th, and pretty much everyone believes that if, he'll ban the former president. But that he was "disappointed" by the way I was treated by Twitter, and that he "won't be returning on" a lot, he says. All of this makes an uneasy joke.
Before October 2021, when Trump announced that he would build his own social media platform in the form of TRUTH Social, the whole effort wasto quote Seth Meyersa total . On Tuesday night, Kimmel could hardly contain his chuckle as he described the very Trumpy situation the former president has experienced in today compared to his social media anxieties:
"[Trump] raised more than $1 billion to develop this promising new right-wing media platform that looks exactly like Twitter. But now that he likely won't be banned from Twitter anymore, because Elon owns it, he's sort of stuck.
This TRUTH Social, which is such a deadly concept, hasn't even posted it on it for 11 weeks... He claims he will not go back on Twitter, but he 100 percent will go back on Twitter. And then this dreadful new company he gave away from their money will become like I guess a Radio Shack.
The only downside to the technology being "a Radio Shack run by" is that it will be "a Radio Shack.
Kimmel shared a clip of a seemingly super nervous Nunes being interviewed on Fox News, where he actually stated that Trump's crazed website that no one can even log onto is "already getting more engagement," not just than Twitter, but also even Instagram."
According to Kimmel's statistics, the meaning of "the four people who are on it" is that they have been liking each other's posts.
