Due to a certain public health issue, it ran three hours long. It was then removed on HBO Max less than two months after its release. An actual bat got loose at one of its screenings. But the Batman proved a true hit, becoming one of the too few blockbusters released since the epidemic began. And now, there will officially be more.

Warner Bros. and DC were waiting until this year's CinemaCon to announce that The Batman was going to be released anyway. Director Matt Reeves, as will star Robert Pattinson, is yet to announce who will be the next one's villain from the final scene? Will the two sides think outside the box and go with Pattinson's:.

Fans of the film will have to wait a few years to return to Gotham. Currently, HBO Max has a new spin-off program, one that was supposed to be about Gotham's police force but. In the meantime, prepare for the attack will amusely gibe with his fading and emo take on the Caped Crusader.
