Three months ago, the Atlanta rapper released his "Rocking A Cardigan In Atlanta" song on Youtube, and it has surpassed nearly two million views. But Scott is based on Cardi B, who he believes is a great "big sister" vibe. Then, the home video vibes of the clip shift to a drip genie, apparently making his way to their hang, and setting Scott up with a new cardigan. That's when the song starts, and it was enough to catch offset and Cardi
