Schitt's Creek has included a star from the Original, as well as Whitmer Thomas, Tymika Tafari, and Amar Chadha-Patel.
The series, which is the first TV series from Dakota Johnson's TeaTime Pictures to launch, reveals Mae Cannon, who is run by Lister-Jones, and who goes through a wonderful journey of parallel relationships. Mae will follow Mae through a fantastical journey of parallel relationships, trying to find her way back to her partner, and ultimately herself.
Sandy is also featured in Amazon's The Rig, and is working with Norman Lear on a remake of Mary Hartman and Mary Hartman for TBS. Hampshire is best known for playing Stevie Budd in the Canadian comedy smash.
Tafari, who works on Paw Patrol, plays Gina, while Whitmer Thomas, who has appeared in several television shows such as Shrill, plays Elijah, and Willow's Chadha-Patel plays Eric.
TeaTime Pictures, which was founded by Johnson and Ro Donnelly, and Boat Rocker, will produce the seven-part series. Ivan Schneeberg, David Fortier, and Nick Nantell will perform as executive producers for TeaTime.
