While responding to Elon Musk buying Twitter, Jack Dorsey invokes radiohead ...

After some, the SpaceX, Tesla, Neuralink, and Boring Company billionaire actually, for $44 billion. As the world reacted to the news, so did Twitter's co-founder and former CEO.

He first found out about the archives and sharing a link to the band's Kid A song ", which implys that he's on board with Twitter's new owner. (Notably, the link he shared was from Tidal, presumably because his Block, Inc. (formerly Square, Inc.) owns the streaming platform.)

Dorsey was resigned after following the song's sharing and his tweets have continued.

"I like Twitter. It's the closest thing we have to a global consciousness."

The service and the concept are all that matters to me, and I will do everything I can to protect both. Twitter as a company has always been my sole issue, and my greatest regret is it has been owned by Wall Street and the ad model. It is the correct first step.

I believe that anyone should own or run Twitter. It wants to be a public good at a protocol level rather than a company. Elon is the singular solution I trust. He is committed to increasing consciousness.

Elon's aim is to create a platform that is "maximally trusted and broadly inclusive" and is the correct one. This is also [Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal's] purpose, and why I chose him. Thank you both for successfully getting the company out of such a difficult situation. This is the right path, and I believe it with all my heart.

I'm so happy that Twitter will continue to serve the public conversation. Around the globe, and into the stars!

Musk made a statement of his own saying, "Free speech is the foundation of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital city square where debates arise. I also want to improve Twitter by introducing new features, eliminating spam bots, and authenticating all humans. Twitter has enormous potential, and I look forward to working with the company and the community of users to unlock it."

Yesss!!!

Elon's goal is to create a platform that is "maximally trusted and broadly inclusive" and is the appropriate one. This is also Elon's goal, and why I chose him. Thank you both for guiding the company out of an ill-do situation. This is the right path...I believe it with great pleasure.
