Fans of Dogecoin are having a field day.

"Elon Musk Buying Twitter will be fantastic for him," Matt Wallace, a cryptocurrency YouTuber with over 600,000 followers on Twitter.
After Musk's purchase, its spontaneous nature (the acquisition offer itself came seemingly out of nowhere) makes it difficult to anticipate what, if any, crypto-currency related changes will occur at Twitter. That, however, did not hinder Dogecoin enthusiasts from emulating their own ideas, from becoming possible to pay in cryptocurrency to new logos or Doges on every interface.
Tesla has already accepted payments for its merchandise in Dogecoin, but the latter is unlikely to happen.
"We have seen the same effect as Tesla's announcement that it would pay for its goods with DOGE," said Kryptomon's chief marketing officer. "So the speculation may be that Musk's businesses and stakeholders will begin to accept cryptocurrency, as Tesla does."
Will All of Twitter become a doge (As Some Fans may wish)?
Dogecoin fans are often exaggerating the cryptocurrency's value on social media. However, Musk's support is what has remained the cryptocurrency one of the world's most popular cryptocurrencies. On April 24, co-creator Billy Markus presented suggestions on how it can increase in value and said the company considered it to be positive.
Musk wrote: "It's not the first one, because more businesses would begin to accept Dogecoin as currency."
Many have previously criticised Musk for jokingly tweeting about cryptocurrency without acknowledging that it may send millions of potential investors in the wrong direction.
"Tweets that hurt other people's finances aren't funny, and they're irresponsible," said Binance CEO Changpeng "CZ." Zhao last June.
The Dogecoin craze is driven by people who claim not to take cryptocurrency too seriously, but the renewed frenzy reflects a larger pattern of Dogecoin's volatility and popularity in anti-establishment groups.
Fans would not have had to put this one in motion.
