EXCLUSIVE: The star of Stranger Things and Black Widow will lead the cast in the's, which is on course to premiere this fall.

Raiff is launching a Sundance darling featuring Dakota Johnson, who was purchased by Apple TV+ in a $15 million worldwide agreement.

Jimmy Galante's next film will reveal his life as a Danbury, Connecticut trash magnate, and associate of the Genovese crime family (which has been cited as an inspiration for The Sopranos). In 2004, Galante purchased the city's minor league hockey club and assigned his teenage son to run it. The team grew notoriety for their harsh and violent play, but also expanded a fan base as they started to win more and more games. Galante's arrest came to an end in 72 criminal

Raiff will direct from Adam R. Perlman's script (Billions) with the actual changes of Raiff. is financing and the project may get its way to the Cannes market, but that hasn't been set yet.

Producers include Tom McNulty of MC2 Entertainment and Andrew Morrison of Yellow Bear Films. Micah Green, Dan Steinman, and Dan Friedkin will executive-produce for 30West, alongside Jon Wertheim and Adam R. Perlman. AJ Galante, on whose life-rights the story is told, will serve as an associate producer. Angelo Demo is the casting director.

Harbour is most well-known for his portrayal of Jim Hopper in the Netflix series Stranger Things. He will now star in We Have A Ghost for Legendary Entertainment and Universal Pictures' Violent Night. His other recent credits include Black Widow for Marvel Studios/Disney, HBO's No Sudden Move, and Netflix's Extraction.

With Ruben stlund and Imperative's Competition title Triangle Of Sadness with Woody Harrelson, 30West will be in Cannes. Also on the agenda are The Crow with Bill Skarsgrd and FKA Twigs, and Marc Webb's Day Drinker.

Harbour is represented by WME. Raiff is represented by ICM Partners and Adam Kersh of Fusion Entertainment.
