A federal judge has ruled that an 81-year-old man may be ejected to Mexico to face an aggravated murder charge in the over ten years old, suspect killing his son.
Julian Estrada Gomez, who was now 81, was arrested in Oregon on a warrant in connection with the tragic shooting of his estranged son in the Mexican state of Zacatecas on January 3, 2008.
