Make it official
EUGENE Brennan Rigsby, a junior college guard, is moving to the United States men's basketball.
Rigsby's contract was officially announced on Thursday, giving the Ducks four signings in their recruiting class for 2022.
While shooting 46.1% from the field, the 6-foot-3, 180-pound Rigsby averaged 11,6 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.2 assists, including 37.0% from three other teams this season.
"Brennan has really grown as a player, and we can't wait to get him on campus," Oregon coach Dana Altman said in a statement. "We believe Brennan will continue to work as a student-athlete and has a very positive future."
Rigsby scored a game-high 24 points on 9-of-14 shooting from the floor, including hitting 4-of-7 from behind the arc.
The native of De Beque, Colo. has left three years of eligibility.
In the UO recruiting class, Rigsby joins Kel'el Ware, Dior Johnson, and Tyrone Williams.
