According to troopers, four people were murdered in a fiery, two-vehicle collision on Oregon 18 in Yamhill County.

According to the Oregon State Police, Huy Nguyen, 46, of Vancouver, Vam Tran, 19; Philip Nguyen, 19, of Portland, and a 13-year-old girl were killed in the collision.

Troopers did not disclose the girl's name, but said Tran's age was unknown.

Huy Nguyen was driving west near milepost 49 about 11:30 a.m. when he left the westbound lane and collided with a motorhome owned by Herman Hulshof, a 67-year-old Canadian citizen.

Hulshof and his passenger were not hurt, according to troopers.

Investigators said it is unclear why Huy Nguyen's sedan crossed into oncoming traffic.

Both vehicles were en route to fire, and the vehicle's four occupants were killed at the scene, according to troopers.
