Amber Alert for abducted a two-month-old boy in Dothan has been canceled ...

UPDATE: About 4:30 p.m., the ALEA issued a fine sheet of paper. No other information has been released.

A EARLIER: A Wednesday Amber Alert for an adolescent Dothan has been issued.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency issued a public notice after 3 p.m. for the disappearance of Messiah Richards, a 2-month-old boy.

The abductor is believed to be driving a dark blue Volkswagen SUV. A license plate was not available.

In the area South Appletree in Dothan, the baby and suspected abductors were last seen around 11:30 a.m.. Messiah is a Black male who was last seen wearing a white onesie with blue socks.

MarQuec Banks, 28, and Alexis Shuntell Richards, 22, have been identified on the alert. Authorities said they are Messiah's non-custodial parents, and the child is in danger.
