Haysbert has performed many USO tours during his career in combating HIV. He was also a speaker at the Harlem Health Expo and The Western Center on Law and Poverty in 2000. He has performed many tours throughout Italy, Germany, Southwest Asia, Afghanistan, and aboard a Navy ship.
