After two years of absence, Music's most significant event of the year, the, is finally around the corner. As the first "Chella" since the epidemic, the weekend will be filled with,, sweltering desert temperatures, and too many frozen lemonades to count.

The iconic festival takes place each year in California's Coachella Valley. Most out-of-state Coachella attendees travel in and out of Los Angeles. If you're traveling from out of town to participate in the event, you might as well arrive early.

Coachella's partying and dancing in an overcrowded venue requires preparation for the wild weekends ahead, according to a Korean-American DJ and producer.

WHY SOHMI LOVES COACHELLA:

Coachella is always a pleasure to watch both at the event as well as during the start of the festival itself. I went to my first Chella in 2016 and attended every year until 2020 when it was canceled due to the pandemic. However, I would have been there again this year! It is one of the most popular festivals in the history of its vendors and places to chill out and enjoy a cold draft beer or a frozen rose (I think they call it frose!) as everyone enjoys seeing

I believe it's important to ensure you get plenty of exercise, food, and rest before the three-day event, as well as all the pre- and after events. And, of course, a little shopping and pampering beforehand never hurt anyone.

With that said, here's my guide to getting ready (and getting started) for the Coachella, LA series.
